We’ve paired two of our favourite anti-aging treatments into one package we like to call the ‘Ultimate Hollywood Facial’ (UHF). The UHF is a two-step process that rejuvenates the skin and addresses the most common aging concerns for our clients—smoother, firmer and tighter skin.
Get a comprehensive anti-aging treatment by combining the latest technology, Dermapen 4 skin-needling and HIFU. Use both treatments, or skip ahead to the second treatment, the ‘Hollywood Glow’, to prepare for an event in the coming weeks.
Stage One: Dermapen Skin Needling with Hyaluronic Acid
Stimulate collagen and elastin production to promote firmer, thicker, smoother and more youthful skin with micro-needling. This process uses tiny needles to penetrate the skin, triggering a wound-healing response.
Skin needling increases microchannels, which help topical treatments penetrate deep into the skin. To enhance skin needling benefits, we couple this treatment with hyaluronic acid to draw moisture further into the skin and further promote a plump, well-hydrated complexion.
Stage Two: HIFU Skin Surface Rejuvenation
Two weeks after stage one, and ideally, two weeks before the big event, you’ll come pack to Pêche for your second UHF treatment. HIFU is an anti-ageing treatment that targets fine lines and wrinkles while plumping and smoothing the skin. While HIFU gives stunning results alone, the results are excellent when paired with stage one.
Your second appointment involves a HIFU treatment delivered with the ULFIT or Ultraformer 3 devices. This technology sends High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) through a 1.5 – 2 mm cartridge to stimulate the top layers of the skin and promote a tightening effect that smoothes superficial fine lines and wrinkles.

Alternatively, we offer ‘The Hollywood Glow’, the HIFU full-face treatment delivered with the 1.5-2 mm cartridge. As an ideal pre-event facial as there is no downtime, with results often seen immediately. The HIFU 1.5-2 mm cartridge stimulates collagen production in the upper dermis, targeting fine lines and wrinkles while plumping and tightening skin and giving it a healthy glow.

What Can I Expect During My Treatment Appointment?
Both of your treatment appointments will be reasonably fast and require minimal preparation. You’ll need to have fresh, clean skin, and men will need to shave the day of their appointment. If you’re coming straight from work, we can remove your makeup before your treatment starts. You’ll be able to return to normal activities straight after with some minor precautions.
When Will I See Results?
The Ultimate Hollywood Facial is superior because we use two different modalities: the Dermapen 4 for the most advanced micro-needling on the market and HIFU to stimulate collagen and elastin production for the best anti-aging results. Is it Painful?
Both HIFU & Dermapen can cause some minor discomfort during treatment with minimal downtime. However, the appointments are short, and you can get back to work and life immediately after.
Will I Need Multiple Sessions to Get Results?
We recommend treatment every ten to twelve weeks; your skin will continue to improve with every treatment to give the best results.
Are There Any Side Effects with HIFU & Dermapen Skin Needling Treatments?

What Do I Need to Do Before a UHF Treatment?
- Avoid alcohol consumption for at least 24 hours prior to treatment.
- Avoid anti-inflammatories/blood-thinning medications if possible for 48 hours before treatment.
- Schedule your appointment ten days ahead of a special event.
How Do I Care For My Skin After My UHF?
HIFU treatments stimulate the skin to repair more youthful after causing minor damage. Keeping this in mind, we suggest avoiding anything stressful to your skin for the first 24 hours to give it time to heal. Some precautions include:
- Minor itching, flaking or redness may appear during the healing process.
- Do not pick, squeeze or agitate your skin during the recovery period.
- Avoid the sun, intense exercise, excessively hot showers, clinical treatments (laser, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, muscle relaxant injections and dermal fillers), spray/self-tanning, swimming(chlorine/ocean), tattooing (including cosmetic) for 48 hours post-treatment.
- Avoid skincare products containing Alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), Beta hydroxy acid (BHA), Benzoyl peroxide, Retinoids, Hydroquinone and alcohol for five days post-treatment.
How Long Does a HIFU Facelift Take?
A full-face treatment can take up to 30 minutes, UHF patients can resume normal activities immediately following the procedure.
